Pricing & Payment, No Surprises, Just Straight Talk

At Sham Marianas F.Z.C, we like to keep things real. No confusing fine print. No hidden traps. Just honest pricing, flexible options, and full transparency, because that's how partnerships work.

1. Location-Based Perks

Prices may vary based on where you're tuning in from. Why? Because we believe in smart, region-based plans that work better for you. We may use your location or payment method to match you with the right plan. Discovered using a plan that isn't appropriate for your area? No stress, we'll adjust it fairly and let you know.

2. When Prices Shift, You'll Know First

You should never be taken by surprise, in our opinion. If we ever update your subscription price, we'll give you at least 21 days' notice, no sneaky charges, no silent changes. There will always be time for you to make the best decision.

3. Choose How You Pay

We take credit cards and PayPal, among other payment methods. If your payment provider adds a handling fee, that's on their side (not ours). We don't like hidden charges either, so we recommend checking with your bank if you're unsure.

4. Your Payment Info Stays Safe

Do you have a new card, or have you changed your billing address? Just update your info in your account. Once you're subscribed, billing happens automatically each period but you're always in control. Cancel anytime. As long as it makes you feel comfortable, stay.

5. Powered by Trusted Payment Systems

We don't handle payments directly. Instead, we use reliable outside processors to securely manage transactions. Your billing details are stored safely with them, and yes they follow strict rules to protect your privacy.

6. Currency Stuff You Should Know

Our prices are listed in US dollars (or euros in the EU), but your bank might convert the payment to your local currency, and might charge a fee for it. We don't control those charges, so if anything looks off, it's best to check with your bank.

Taxes, The Boring Bit (But We've Made It Simple)

We get it, no one loves tax talk. But don't worry, we've stripped away the legal jargon and kept it clear, clean, and straight to the point.

1. You're in Control of Your Taxes

If you're using our services or making purchases, it's your responsibility to handle any taxes linked to your location, like GST, VAT, or local sales taxes. That's your domain, unless we're legally required to jump in.

2. When We Step In

In certain countries or regions, we're required by law to add and pay transaction taxes on your behalf. In those cases:

• We'll add the tax amount to your total during checkout, you'll see it upfront.
• The full breakdown will be on your invoice, nothing hidden, no guessing.
• We handle the payment to the government directly, less work for you.

3. Why We Ask for Your Info

Sometimes, we'll need your location or tax-related documents to calculate your exact tax rate. No spam, no stress, just smart billing. Just keep your info accurate and updated.

4. Real Talk

We're not here to confuse you. We're here to keep it honest, legal, and easy, so you can focus on the creative stuff while we handle the formalities.

Refunds, Let's Keep It Real

We believe in transparency, not fine print. While we'd love to say "yes" to every refund request, here's how it really works, and why it matters.

1. Changed Your Mind?

Our content is digital and instantly accessible, once you subscribe, you unlock everything. That's why refunds aren't usually on the table. But if something serious pops up, you can always reach out to our team, and we'll review your case with care.

2. No-Refund Zone (Here's When We Usually Say No)

We don't do refunds when:

• You had a change of heart
• Subscribed by accident
• The tools or content feel a bit too techy
• You just wanted to "try it out."
• Your favorite item disappeared (tip: download as soon as you license!)
• You cancel midway through a billing cycle
• If it doesn't actually affect your rights, we modified our terms.
• Your account got suspended for breaking the rules

3. If We Say Yes to a Refund

It will be transferred using the same method and currency as you used to make the purchase Heads-up: Conversion charges (if any) depend on your bank, not us.

4. Filed a dispute with PayPal or a bank?

That puts your subscription on hold, immediately. It also locks us out from helping until the issue is resolved with your payment provider. So if there's a problem? Talk to us first, we're on your side.

5. Final Word

No tricks. No hidden policies. Just honest service, real people, and creative freedom. Got refund questions? Let's chat before you panic.

3. Before You Create, Here's What You Need to Know:

• AI isn't flawless: sometimes the magic may be a little wild. Content might not match your input exactly, and it might mention real people, brands, or places accidentally.
• You're the final boss: Always double-check the content you generate. It's your call to make sure it's polished, accurate, and ready to shine.
• We inspire, you decide: Sham Marianas F.Z.C, AI is your creative partner, not a replacement for real-world advice (legal, medical, financial, you get it!).
• Respect lives: Never use AI-generated content in a way that impacts someone's life decisions like jobs, education, or health.
• Mistakes are part of magic: AI can sometimes surprise you, not always in the best way. We stand for creativity, but we don't claim every word or image represents Sham Marianas F.Z.C.
• Brands and names? No secret deals here! If you see a brand or product mentioned, it's just the AI doing its thing, not a Sham Marianas F.Z.C, endorsement.

Sham Marianas F.Z.C, AI Sphere isn't just a tool, it's a launchpad for your boldest ideas. Dream it. Build it. Change everything.

We share what suppliers give us. We double-check it, but the real story comes from them so they're responsible for any claims or details in those offers.

5. Your Use, Your Responsibility

If you decide to use an offer, you're doing business with them, not us. We're just the messenger, not the middleman. Thinking of using our AI tools? Great move. Just make sure to check out the Ai Sphere Terms first, they'll give you the full picture before you get creative.
